The game got bigger.
The guidance didn't get better.
Talent is everywhere. Good, honest guidance is not. That gap decides who gets better, and it shouldn't.
Not enough resources
Real coaching, strength work, nutrition and recovery advice can cost hundreds a month. Most athletes end up piecing it together from free clips.
Not enough credibility
Online and in person, anyone can call themselves a trainer. Very few back what they teach with evidence, and athletes are left guessing who to trust.
A sport turned business
Showcases, rankings and pay-to-play circuits have turned basketball into a pipeline. The athlete becomes the product and the game comes second.
Put the game back first. Give every athlete affordable, credible guidance at a high level.
miGRIND is a mentor that knows the athlete, plans built on published research, and the people around them kept in the loop. No gatekeeping, no sales pitch.
Free to start. Guidance at a fraction of what private training costs.
Plans draw on published sport science, and show you the research behind them.
Built by people who played the game at a high level and still coach it.

Why I built miGRIND
Basketball took me to Orangeville Prep. An injury took me off the court.
When I stepped away from the game, I missed the feeling of being on the court. But the biggest hole in my life was the chance to do what I love in a way that actually touched the lives of people in a community I cared about.
So I went back. I started coaching with Red Rush Canada and founded The Athlete Alliance Project, a support and mentorship platform for athletes. Seeing the sport from so many new perspectives, I realized how big the gap in high-level resources was for the basketball community. So I combined my love for science and basketball with the goal of leaving a lasting impact, and that became the backbone of miGRIND.
I've seen how much the right guidance changes a player, and how few can get it. miGRIND is the mentor I wish every athlete had: credible, personal, and priced so cost is never the thing stopping someone from reaching for their dreams.
